Safari West
We can, we should and...

we must teach our children to live in a world that values all living creatures, great and small.

A personal message from our founder..."By teaching conservation through education, we create awareness. If you leave here with only one realization – that what we have on earth is perishable and we are what is making it perishable – that’s good enough for me." - Peter Lang, Safari West founder.
The more children know about animals, the more they appreciate them and want them to be around in the future.

Safari West along with our Safari West Wildlife Foundation is currently exploring grant opportunities for its science education program and conservation/research projects.

Nancy and Peter Lang believe in supporting lifelong learning. Their program objectives are: 1) to broaden educational curriculum for grades K-6; 2) develop educational curriculum for grades 7-12; and 3) develop educational programming for seniors. The curriculum that they propose to develop will educate all ages about the importance of conservation.

Because of worldwide circumstances, conservation is an ever-changing need in our society. Educating our youth, families and elders will provide them with the tools and/or knowledge to help increase endangered species populations, decrease waste, conserve energy, and make our world a better and safer place to live.
