Make a meaningful connection by symbolically “adopting” one of the incredible animals that call Safari West home!
Adopt in your name or dedicate the adoption as a thoughtful gift for a loved one. Your adoption directly contributes to the care and well-being of our animals and supports Safari West’s mission to actively promote conservation and environmental education. Each adoption allows you to learn more about the individual animal, their species, and their natural environment.
Important Information:
- These adoptions are symbolic and do not transfer ownership of the animals.
- Safari West is a for-profit institution; adoption funds are not tax-deductible.
- Fulfillment takes up to 5 business days. For tiers including physical items, please allow additional time for shipping. Most adoptions are fulfilled within 3 days.

At this adoption tier, you will receive:

At this adoption tier, you will receive:

- Additional digital “blooper” silly photos of your adopted animal.

At this adoption tier, you will receive:

- A physical version of this digital letter will be mailed to you, along with an assortment of Safari West stickers.
- Original artwork painted by a Safari West animal!
- Not all the animals are willing to paint, if your chosen animal is one of those, we will select another for your painting.

6 Month Package – with a one-time purchase of $200
At this adoption tier, you will follow the same animal for six months, receiving:
- A digital adoption certificate.
- New digital photos of your adopted animal each month.
- A digital letter with fun facts about your adopted animal from our animal caregivers.
- The first month will have the letter, the following months will have shorter updates on your selected animal.
- A stuffed animal of your choice, mailed in the final month of your adoption.
6 Month Package – with a one-time purchase of $200
At this adoption tier, you will follow a different animal each month for six months! You choose the first animal, and the rest will be chosen by our caregivers as part of your keeper training. You will receive:
- A digital adoption certificate for each of the 6 of your adopted animals.
- Digital photos of each of your 6 adopted animals.
- A digital letter with fun facts about each of your adopted animals from our animal caregivers.
- A stuffed animal of your choice, mailed in the final month of your adoption.
12 Month Package – with a one-time purchase of $375
At this adoption tier, you will follow a different animal each month for a year! You choose the first animal, and the rest will be chosen by our caregivers as part of your Great Migration! You will receive:
- A digital adoption certificate for each of the 12 of your adopted animals.
- Digital photos of each of your 12 adopted animals.
- A digital letter with fun facts about each of your adopted animals from our animal caregivers.
- A stuffed animal of your choice, mailed in the final month of your adoption.
- Mama Bear
6 Month Package – with a one-time purchase of $200
