For September, after Labor Day, we’re excited to offer our Friends & Neighbors Treks! This guided tour takes you through the walking areas of Safari West, followed by a short ride on our very own Safari West Shuttle to visit some of our most beloved residents. You’ll have the chance to see Otto, our young rhino, and possibly catch a glimpse of our two newest giraffe calves as they explore their surroundings.

Serengeti Shuttle Bus Pricing:
Adults $55, Seniors (65+) and Teens (13-17) $44, Children(3-12) $25, and Toddlers (2 and under) $15

Dates & Times:
Monday-Thursday in September (excluding Labor Day) Choose a Time: 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM. The Serengeti bus will depart promptly at each start time.

Savannah Café BBQ Lunch:
You can also reserve lunch at Savannah Café to round out your adventure. The best time is the 1:00 PM seating.

The Safari West Serengeti bus explores herds of giraffe and antelope, long-horned cattle, and our awe-inspiring southern white rhinos! Trek loops last for 35-40 minutes and so are great for even the youngest members of your herd! This tour is a shorter version of the full tour on the Serengeti shuttle bus, not the power wagon truck. Please note, a 15% service/gratuity charge will be added. These treks are specifically intended for friends and neighbors, not for organizations, birthday parties, clubs, or groups, ensuring a more personal and intimate experience. Scout groups and other youth organizations should book through our Group Business Department.
